Check-in & Room issues: Friendly staff member at the front desk, but the first room we were given only had 1 bed- we’d booked a room with 2. When we went to the second room, the room darkening shade was broken and wouldn’t come down, so we were graced by the morning sunrise in our room. One of the outlets by the bed didn’t work, so only 1 of us could charge our phone at a time. Our room had a refrigerator with an ice maker, but no ice in it and no ice machine on our floor.
Food: One of us grabbed the free breakfast, but didn’t eat it- cold eggs, minced meat- either spam or ham- and overcooked breakfast potatoes.
The best things about this hotel: Its location to the part of North Dallas that we were in that day/night and the kind gentleman at the front desk at check-in.
