It was a horrible experience at this hotel, first of all old hotel, lift doesn’t work properly door close like in 2 seconds, we got a queen bedroom, there was hair on pillows, hair on sink and toilet didn’t flush properly we asked for a new room but they didn’t have more reception just didn’t help us, I reached to Expedia customer service and they help me a lot but they couldn’t reach anyone at the hotel was awful

Lamentablemente el hotel está sumamente descuidado mi habitación tenía rotos los apagadores los plafones de la lámpara se veía para arriba y todo el mobiliario se ve muy viejo y maltratado no hay mantenimiento Ni siquiera está limpio empezando por el pasillo hacia el estacionamiento supersucio todos los días que lamentable que dejen que hoteles como este se pierdan por el mantenimiento y la limpieza no vuelvo

Excelente atencion del personal. Habitaciones amplias pero el elevador 3 dias no funciono. Mucho calor pero el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien. Lo malo. Mala señal de Internet, la tele se ve fatal y se desperdicia mucha agua en la regadera hasta que sale agua caliente.
