We were able to enjoy one of our membership perks and checked in 2 hours early. Restaurant has a. bar and restaurant, Walking distance to Plazuela, have Oxxo a block away, and hot dog venecia. Alexandra at the bar was excellent as well as other staff during our stay

There was no receptionist took 10 mins to find her she couldn’t find our reservation took over 30 minutes to check in the room was fantastic great beds shower could use more water pressure TV didn’t work took tech 15 minutes & was not able to fix it ordered room service got food but no utensils was promised they would bring some server never returned Check out was met with unfriendly receptionist rude & non interested

Disappointed.

I was so excited to stay at this hotel Because the pictures made it look like a boutique hotel. My wedding reception was at one of the Balderrama locations and rooms were beautiful. This hotel was a disappointment. Yes it was only for a night but pictures made it seem different. Restrooms are very outdated. Rooms are half dated and beds are tiny. Usually hotels have queen beds but this one had full. Bed linens were very cheap. Don’t stay here after a long day traveling on the Chepe train. Also we ordered room service and it was mediocre.
