What a great resort…Beach Palace customer service was outstanding! We enjoy every single day of our stay. The staff from public relations go about and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and all the staff are kind and eager to help and please you. We truly had an amazing time and we will definitely come back. I was a little nervous given some of the reviews, but it was great! Food and service were excellent. The entertainment staff did a great job getting people involved in daily activities on the beach and at the pool - it was a great vacation!

The location on the Hotel Zone is perfect. The beach is clean and there are plenty of beach chairs. The rooms are big and all have beautiful views. The best part is the staff, they are all extremely friendly and accommodating.
