This is a great hotel. Only issue we had was the cleanliness of the floor. By the time my son finished crawling around while we were getting settled his knees and feet were black like we let him crawl on a mechanic shop floor. For now on we are going to make sure to have our steam mop.

We really enjoyed our 1 night stay! We only stayed 1 night because we had another hotel room back near nashville, but we decided to make the drive to Gatlinburg for 1 night. Room (209) was fairly clean. Back door to balcony seem old, rickety and easily broken in to, furniture was dusty. Air conditioning worked. Parking was ok. No staff on property when we arrived. No staff on property after 7pm. Had to check in through hotel next door. But it served it's purpose for one night.
