The room itself was very large, and very comfortable. The bed were very comfy and the everything in the room mostly felt very new. They even had a microwave, which made it easy to store and heat food. They had nice sofa and plenty of desk space The breakfast was amazing too. Some of the points for improving was the housekeeping. The hotel has a bizarre policy to only clean rooms every other day. No where in the world this is implemented, but maybe this is a US thing. But even when they cleaned room, the carpet wasn't vacuumed properly, they just made the beds and went away. I had to request several times for them to clean the room properly. Furthermore, they won't put a new toilet roll, won't replace soap bar, tissue papers etc. These are things you would automatically want them to address. The washroom, even though it was big, was missing hooks, the switches were a bit fidgetee and the water pressure was low. All of these things let me down a little bit which I why I have gave 4 stars. But overall, we were satisfied and comfortable with our stay.
