Hotel was under major renovation. Had to move flatbeds used by the workers to get into the elevator. Staff not helpful with spotty internet. Old mattresses & furniture piled outside by the river walk & large construction dumpsters. Don’t stay unless renovations are completed, we would have stayed elsewhere had we known.

We stayed here for the third time , and we always enjoy to get together at the grill area making some steaks , it's a great place where you can enjoy the view and it's tight by the river , very relaxing

Great location - right on the Colorado River with a lighted walkway along the river right next to the hotel. The jacuzzi was working and relatively clean. The hotel is renovating lobby area and there was considerable noise and dust from the construction.
