Terrible experience. Kids were running and playing hockey in the hallway until 4:30 in the morning — impossible to sleep with all the noise. I went to the front desk and was told that the manager, Johnathan, could help me get some money back for the awful night. That turned out to be a lie. Never got a follow-up or any compensation. Completely unprofessional and not worth the stay.

Overall the stay was goof. Everything was nice. Room was big and clean. The only complaint was the curtains are not "black out" and we had a very hard time getting to sleep. Our room faced the parking lot which was well lit and so was our room.

Overpriced and outdated. I paid the price of a 4-star hotel and ended up in what’s basically a dressed-up 2-star motel. Yes, the lobby looks nice — but it’s all smoke and mirrors. The building is clearly from the 1980s, and the so-called “renovations” seem to consist of new shower tiles and a cheap flat-screen TV. It’s sandwiched between two supermarkets, and the walls are so thin you’ll hear everything — footsteps, conversations, even someone sneezing two rooms over. Definitely not worth the price. Feels more like a low-budget stopover than a comfortable hotel stay.
