The staff was attentive during our visit. But the room was not so great. The bed needed to be flipped since it had “divots” from the many people who slept on it before us, the shower head needs to be replaced, several of the outlets did not work, and the room felt like it needed an upgrade.

Hair in bathtub, trash around bed, coffee aminities(sugar-creamer) pakage open. no soap, two towels in room, no floor towel or hand towel,( I took picture and told flont desk agent about problems in roo and she apploigied and moved to another room. This hotel is needing a full renovation. worn out and not up to full marriott standards. Regional Manager should do a drop in and stay the night. (un-anonced)
