Great Hotel in a Great Location

I booked this hotel because it had the option of a room with a kitchen. It was a great hotel for a fair price. The staff was friendly, room comfortable and hotel clean. Would stay here again.

Was not prepared for over $100 extra for my dog to stay with us. When i booked, i put two adults and one pet and expected the price i paid which seemed a bit high to me. But when i showed up, they charged me an additional $120 for one night!!

Staying at the Residence Inn was very accommodating for my family. It was spacious and no one felt crowded. I had no complaints from anyone. Definitely, I will revisit this location when I come back to my hometown of Charleston.

The staff was amazing. Very pleasant and overall nice. Was offered complimentary beer and snacks as well as plenty of help overall. I have no issues with the staffing or place in general my only real quarrel was with the room and specifically the AC in the room being loud since the air handler(?) was in the room.

My girlfriend and I hadva wonderful stay in Charleston. The staff was professional and very helpful. My girlfriend thought the breakfast was fantastic! I had the opportunity interact with staff members Nyla, Ramone, Avis, and Melanie, and that really made our stay great. Avis provided terrific suggestions on the things to do... and places to eat... Outstanding!

Good basic hotel. Tub needs to be updated. Bedroom a bit small for the furniture! Maybe a wall tv would be better so you could walk to the other side of the bed. Front desk staff were very nice.
