The room was clean and comfortable. We had a suite. There was a door separating the bedroom and seating area/kitchen. Conveniently located downtown near dining and activities. The only negative was the parking. You have to vallet and cars were lined up in two lanes trying to get in. It took a very long time to park.

I wasn’t thrilled with the hotel. The loveseat in our room had really bad stains, to the point that I wouldn’t even sit on it. Toilet paper holder was hanging on by a thread and the bed seemed very old and rolled you to the center. Staff was polite, breakfast was good and the room was spacious. If I were to stay in the area again, I’d stay somewhere else.

The hotel is a bit worn around the edges (especially the bathroom), but the bed was comfortable and the rooms are extremely spacious. I wish the breakfast hours were a bit longer during the weekdays. Great location as it’s close to the arena and ballpark. Warmly greeted by staff upon check in. Breakfast was solid enough. Housekeeping only comes every other day, but the room was cleaned well when they did come. Property was well-worn. Room definitely needs new carpet. The hotel was definitely dated in some areas. It is a historic property so be aware that there are several elevation changes in the rooms. We had to step up upon entering and there was a step down into the kitchenette and then 2 steps down to get to the bathroom area. All of these changes were in different areas of the room. Breakfast was nothing special. The staff were very friendly and thorough and check in and out was quick! The location was very convenient to the baseball stadium and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame - both easily walkable.
