Scandic

Nice hotel that we stayed on for the 4th time. But the room at the bottom floor was very varm and damp. Hardly any ventilation. The towels did not dry for a whole day. As almost every hotel room there is water all over the bathroom after you shower. Nice pool.

Extremely specious suite with amble room for the family on our three days stay. Nice hotel in beautiful surroundings next to the picturesque Silkeborg Lake. Very nice breakfast served every morning. EV charging at a fair price. Pool not so large but clean and refreshing. Only thing not so great: We couldnt resrrve a table in the restaurant for our first evening. I guess the restaurant was understaffed due to vacation. Would stay at Scandic Silkeborg again

Silkeborg is a jewel, beautiful for walking and makes a lovely destination. A business hotel mainly, paint peeling and damaged ceiling in the bedroom. No extras such as complimentary water on arrival or in reception, no bathroom extras. No lounge area other than reception. No satilite TV. More could be provided for tourists. A good swimming pool.

Det er ubegribeligt at Scandic Silkeborg ikke tager mere ansvar ift. opretholdelse af ladetider for EV biler på parkeringspladsen. Pladserne er placeret som de tætteste på indgangen, men når samme 4 biler har holdt parkeret i mere end 12 timer - trods max 4 timer - siger hotellets personale at det har de ikke noget at gøre med. Hør her det er topmålet af klovneri. I stedet for at +20 biler kunne have været ladet op til videre færd, vælger Scandic Silkeborg, at være komplet ligeglade. Så lad da være med at skrive i jeres materiale at der er ladestandere, lad være med at have et skilt på parkeringen oppe hvor der står max 4 timer, hvis I ikke vil tage ansvar.
