Basic hotel in need of renovation

Rooms were little outdated and pretty basic. Beds were not the best. Location was great and staff friendly. Parking was tricky as it is located in the nearby shopping centre and it was not possible to stop in front of the hotel (busy street).

The hotel is conveniently located across from the central station and with a bus located at the entrance. Great breakfast selection. The bedroom was comfortable. The bathroom and shower was extremely small! Every time I showered the bathroom used to flood, making it disgusting to have to walk on your shower water which never dried.

Under renovation

The hotel is under renovation. This lead to a lot of noise from 7 in the morning. There was a lot of builder dust on the first floor, there was no heating in my bathroom (freezing), and the hotel had no option to move to a proper room. Would definitely avoid staying here until renovations are done. On the positive side the location is really good, and everything is close.

Staff was very friendly. We would have liked a better view instead of looking at a construction site. Blowdryer broke down. Asked for another one but it never arrived. Asked for ice and the machine was broke. Parking was at another location and almost impossible to unload your luggage at the hotel as it was a bus zone in front of the hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast it was very delicious.

Badeværelse og dør samt håndtag ikke gjort ordentlig rent. Der blev sendt rengøring til vores tre værelser. Badeværelse blev rent, dør og håndtag stadig ulækkert. Ombygning i gang, hvilket i sig selv var fint. Men søndag morgen kl 7:30 startede de boremaskinerne. Det er ikke ok! Restauranten lidt tæt pakket, afstand ml borde og stole så lille, at det var svært at passere andre borde, hvor folk sad og spiste. Ellers en fin restaurant og maden var god.
