The location of the hotel is good, close to Malioboro Street (the main shopping area). The staff welcomed us with a cool and refreshing drink. However, the condition of our bathroom does not match the 5-star "luxury" rating. The vanity and the bathroom door are basically covered by some adhesive materials. It feels like a 2-star hotel! The buffet breakfast is decent, offering a variety of choices. Nevertheless, I did expect more since it's a 5-star hotel. Overall, the hotel did not live up to my 5-star expectations!
