The hotel is veryngood, the location is super, bus stop number 100 is right innfront of the hotel, it will take you directly to Alexanderplats. The rooms are ok, but no watter bottle, or phones or any room service. But you can get everything very cheap in supermarket in front of the hotel. Hotel is clean and safe.

The stuff was very nice and tried to help us in every needs, but the room needs more maintenance- the shower hose was broken and spilled water everywhere (they fixed it after we told them),there was a bad smell of mildew from the carpet, they tried to dill with that in several ways, but it didn't help , and there was no other room available to switched, so they gave us free breakfast as a compensation. After all we enjoyed our stay in Berlin.

Perfectly acceptable place to stay that is convenient to the metro and buses that will take you to the main attractions. Has a luggage room to store luggage before check-in or after check-out. No fridge in room, housekeeping is not daily, one lift was out of service. Shower head does not fit on holder and therefore kept falling off, looked as if it never fitted on properly at any point in time.
