The room was clean, beds comfortable, there was aircon and the windows opened. The fridge was really handy for snacks and drinks. No disturbing noise from the street or inside the hotel. The staff was really friendly. The location was perfect; we got there easily from Heathrow, and walked through Hyde Park and St James's Park to Thames. The street was quiet and there were plenty of cafes around.

The accommodations are basic, but the room was a good size. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Good continental breakfast. It was over 70F/21C, and the lack of AC meant sleeping with the windows open. Fortunately the street was quiet. A couple of cafes and restaurants on the same street and nearby. Close to Paddington Station. I would stay again but would be mindful of the forecast.

Our TV did not pick up but a few channels, and when someone came to "fix" it, well, it wasn't fixed. We should have been offered another room. Really should have a couple of hot food breakfast options, and some variety of fruit.
