Room was great, clean, comfy bed and quiet. Fab location. Staff were lovely. Super handy to be able to buy snacks and drink on site (at not ridiculous prices) would definitely stay again.

Great hotel with a perfect location in London. Highly recommended, good breakfast, fresh in the room, comfortable beds, and you could move two people around without any problem (some hotel rooms in London are very small). The only thing is that there is no hand shower, so bring a shower cap, or get one at reception without any problem. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean, friendly, good location, very good breakfast. A bit unreliable AC - either freezing cold or quite warm. But all in all a hotel I would return to.

Decor is a little dated and the TV couldn’t pick up a signal but the room was very comfortable, very clean and the staff were lovely.

I love the location, near Paddington and Hyde Park. Hotelo is comfortable and ideal for a business stay. I didn't have breakfast so can't comment on food but room was decent and excellent value. Most importantly, the air conditioning was great (it was 35c outside)!

The room was clean and great for 2 friends for a few days. The staff was super helpful and kind. Location is great! 10-12 min walk to Paddington or Lancaster Gate tube station is around the corner and Hyde Park is right there. Would definitely stay there again

Very pleasant, clean and functional hotel just 5 mins walk to Paddington. Breakfast was plentiful, warm and good quality. In a standard room which was on 1st floor, quiet and bed was comfortable. Best value for money in the area and would go back.

Great location between the park and Paddington station. The hotel has a seventies vibe, but doesn't feel rundown. The Underground is very close (Lancaster Gate or Paddington), as is the entrance to Hyde Park/Kensington Garden. The rooms are small but adequate. Breakfast is good but a bit short of fantastic.

The staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful when we arrived before our scheduled check-in time, exhausted after 20 hours of travel. Rooms are tiny and amenities are sparse (no shampoo/conditioner, for example), but this may be typical for the area. Location was very convenient and charming.

We had a superior plus double room, I think probably the same size as the other rooms but with coffee machine and fridge, would of been nice to be a little bigger. Other than that the hotel and room are very clean and staff are very helpful and professional. The breakfast was a little expensive at £14 per person but only a little more than local cafes anyway.
