Acudi al hotel y no habia nadie que atendiera, por vía llamada telefonica querian que proporcionara datos de mi tarjeta para realizarme el conro, situacion que me dio desconfianza, en tal virtud la persona que me ayendio me dijo que me ayudaria con la cancelación para que no tuviera desconfianza, sin embargo no lo hizo.

NO lo recomiendo, sin ventilación, sofocante, demasiado ruido, se escuchan las voces del primer piso y que decir los “ruidos” de la habitación contigua. Lo elegí por la calificación, después de un día de mucho caminar uno busca descansar. La limpieza impecable pero por el precio hay otras opciones mejores.

Mejorar el servicio

Hubo algunos detalles que podrían mejorar, como falta de apoyo con las maletas al llegar, revisar el agua caliente de las habitaciones.( no había) No contaba con ventilador lo cual hizo que la habitación fuera calurosa. Sería bueno que atendieran estos puntos para tener una mejor experiencia.
