The location was very good close to major sights and within walking distance to others! The rooms were very clean and well equipped. The breakfast was nice and plentiful. The staff were friendly and helpful 👍

This was my second stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, but the staff, especially those in the breakfast area, were not as friendly or welcoming as we expected. My main complaint is that the air conditioning in our room didn’t work at all. When we arrived, the room was very warm, so we tried to switch it on — but nothing happened. I called reception and was told to wait 20–30 minutes for it to start working. Still nothing. After another call, they apologised and said there was nothing they could do except provide a fan. Really? A €250-per-night room with no working A/C? They assured us it would be fixed the next day, but guess what — it wasn’t. Overall, the location is the only real highlight. There was no genuine effort from the staff to make guests feel welcome or comfortable..

I was offered a room at the second level but they were able to make arrangements and moved me to a higher room without view. I appreciate the effort to accommodate my family’s need. I would had appreciate a reminder that we had paid for breakfast because after so many cities and hotels we lost track and missed our opportunity to take advantage of our paid breakfast.

Perfect location and clean accommodations

Perfect accommodations. Great location for walking. Clean rooms, bedding, bathroom. Plenty of room, considering European room sizes. If they raised beds a bit, luggage could fit underneath and really make more space in room - but that’s only a suggestion. Other than that it was a great experience. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
