Very friendly staff willing to help. Very central location. Laundry facilities on site. No breakfast due to restaurant renovations. Small size room. Initially problems with AC but got sorted quickly. Overall I would stay again.

Laundry room which we used but with only 2 machines was in demand. Usual generous amenities for you to make use of. About 15-20 minute walk to centre of gion area with plenty of convenience and other shops, bars and places to eat nearby Staff provided us with a very helpful sheet complete with QR codes of neighbouring cafes/ traditional Japanese places to eat and other restaurants
