All the check-in was incredibly friendly and welcoming with a shout out to Kerisa. In the hotel restaurant, Kevin consistently noticed my preferences and accommodated them without being asked, which gave a really personal feel to our dining. Yvette was also extremely pleasant and friendly during every interaction. Housekeeping was excellent as well—Audrey was friendly and helpful and a pleasure to interact with. The staff truly made our stay special. We would definitely recommend Trade Winds and would happily stay here again. SC/GC

I was disappointed that my room was never serviced or cleaned the three days I was there when they advertise daily. The food was hit or miss. Twice my breakfast went back because it was burned on one side. They didn’t have a good amount of the items on the menu. The service for eating averaged almost two hours per meal… way too long. I was alone and there was never more than 8 tables full with two waitstaff. Pool was nice. Sitting area nice. Small quiet hotel. Price was average. All in all it was average to good.
