The motel was in terrible condition. Ripped wallpaper, rip in the curtain, the guest information celeotaped to the wall on a ripped tissue. The tv was dodgy and would work then there was no sound. It was taped to the wall bracket with a range of power cords hooked into a basic old power junction box. For the price, I was extremely disappointed.

Everything is very old. The walls are so thin you can hear the next rooms conversation. And the traffic noise starts very early in the morning.

Not all windows on ground floor family unit were lockable. Door chain also broken. Very noisy if room above is occupied. Old and tired but clean and bedding new and nice

Reasonably basic room. Light in shower didn't work. Shower had hot & cold water taps rather than a mixer. Bit of an ant problem in the kitchen. Grounds could do with a touch of maintenance

I am trying to be positive about this motel, but it's difficult. Yes, it's old and not much to look at, but I tried to move past that. The room was clean and a good size, although could do with some remodeling at some stage. I think the biggest problem was the noise. It's close to SH1 so there's a constant traffic noise, but a lot of noise coming from other guests at the motel - although it feels like some people are living there. It was okay for 1 night, but I wouldn't go back again. Hey, the wifi was good.

The photos provided by the company were misleading — showers were not shown, and I was surprised to find it quite small with very low water pressure. The bed itself was comfortable, which is one of the few positives. However, we were informed that there would be no power starting at 9 AM — two hours before our scheduled checkout — with no alternatives or compensation offered. The receptionist seemed disinterested and was not particularly welcoming. Overall, the experience was underwhelming and not what I expected based on the listing.

it could do with a really good clean and paint. Change the carpet. shower cabinet was tight. No dryer provided. It was smelly. Very noisy, I could hear people on top floor walking around, I could hear the people next door flushing toilet and having a shower.
