We had such a great stay! Quick check in, beautiful and clean room! The pool and hot tub were a hit! Breakfast was crazy impressive, so many choices and so good!! We have been to Branson so many times and not heard of this gem of a place to stay but now we know and we will be back!!

The bed was so uncomfortable. The head of the bed was lower than the foot so sleeping was very difficult. There wasn’t bedding for hide away bed so that wasn’t an option. The furnace in bedroom didn’t work. The painting on the walls was cute. Parking was fine.

We stayed in the first building. Was overall happy with the stay for the price. Hotel was clean & breakfast was good. They have free portacribs. I called the hotel in advance and it was in our room upon arrival. Bring your own baby blanket. The third building appeared to be either newer or remodeled. We chose this hotel based on the indoor pools/hot tubs and good breakfast reviews. I was surprised by the huge breakfast area. It is a regular cafeteria line with glass plates and silverware. Included biscuits, gravy, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, quartered potatoes all hot in steam trays. Also muffins, toast, oatmeal, cereal, vanilla yogurt, bowl of mandarin oranges one day and applesauce the next. Plenty of tables and food. I felt like it was set up for large bus tours but when we were there Dec 21-23 I saw only families. Staff were all friendly & helpful. Parking was easy right by the doors.

Stayed in a king sized bed room. The room was pretty small but well maintained and clean. Two queen bed looks a lot bigger. I like to mid eval feeling and decoration at the hotel. The lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas. Check in process was quick and easy; and stuff were friendly. Cons: no coffee in the lobby in the afternoon only one the morning. Breakfast has many choices but the dining area was crowded. There are many tables but still hard to find where to sit. The service was great, they were keep coming and checking on the food to make sure nothing empty. This hotel was fully booked (I believe) because no parking space was available after returning to the hotel at night. Overall we enjoyed our stay for a night and the price was excellent.

Room had some rough spots but was clean. Staff were great and very accomidating for early check in and late checkout. I asked for an extra blanket for the room as was issued what looked and felt like a 1920's army blanket. Was not what I was expecting but still was appreciated for weight on the bed
