I booked 3 rooms for the weekend and all of them has bed bugs. We could not sleep at all, I had multiple bedbugs bites and went down at 3”2am asking for another room which they did But it had the same problem Bed Bugs. We decided to leave around 6am and had to come back around 10am to ask the manager for a refund which he was already aware because the night Receptionist asked for a refund of my money because he was aware of this problem. Terrible experience in this location.

This is my second time staying here and not disappointed at all. Staff is always polite and courteous, breakfast is small but its very close to plenty of restaurants and shopping if you desire more than oatmeal, cereal, fruit, bread selections and coffee. Heat works well and my last stay was summer with my kids where we had no ac problems and the pool was clean. Was this stay 100% spotless? No, a little hair in the tub and floor by the toilet but I also worked in housekeeping so I notice stuff like that whereas not everyone else does. I didnt care, I slept well, bed is comfy and clean. I would suggest your own creamer. Mini fridge and microwave in room.
