10/10 Excellent

Upon arrival although couldn’t get the electric charger to work the hotel itself was perfect for what we needed and the next morning the man on reception couldn’t have done enough for me changing rooms for my daughter so she could stay in the one she was in - excellent customer service would stay again no hesitation
Alyssa, 2-night trip

Nice clean rooms, although a bit dated. Beds nice and comfy, breakfast was very good.

Ground floor carpet by the rooms needs changing. The first room we were given smelt damp, so we got our room changed, the second one was fine. Disliked being charged £10.00p a day for parking because we booked through Expedia.

Moke, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

I had specifically booked, and had confirmed, a walk-in shower (mobility issues), but i was allocated a shower over the bath. I returned to reception until this had been rectified. New room was small but adequate and newly refurbished. (Refurbishment of the corridor and many other parts of the hotel, including the pool, are ongoing until next year.) However, the water pressure in the cold tap was pathetic and there was a serious leak in the shower hose. I reported both to reception the following morning. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and looked over the courtyard. My evening meal was good and breakfast was adequate. If i'd had to pay full price then i would have been disappointed
Catherine, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

Watch the car park paid for the stay of £10 and then got chased by carpark company had to pay 170 to get rid of them even after submitting all documents of my stay, never will I stay there again.
Kevin, 1-night trip

Dennis, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Nice place to stay , but was forced to pay £10.00 for parking as I didn't book direct.
