We had a room (229) right near the elevators and faced onto a main road which meant lots of noise from both traffic and other guests coming out of the elevators when we were trying to sleep at night (definitely not soundproofed windows or entry door). The feel and look of our room was lovely though and was exceptionally clean. The common areas of the hotel were clean and modern with QT quirks mixed in. The staff were lovely and helpful as with all QT hotels. The hotel is in a great location to walk to all the viaduct harbour restaurants.
