Pictures don’t do Bay House justice. The view is worth the long rides/ walk up the hill to get to the property. The staff is friendly and so helpful whenever you need help or assistance. I would choose them all over again if I should return to Grenada

Thank you so much for a fantastic stay! From moment that I arrived until the moment I departed, I was impressed countless times with the exceptional customer service. My room was clean. The view was fantastic. The amenities were wonderful. I enjoyed the complementary continental breakfast every morning. I took advantage of the complementary transfer to the beach and back. They even had an in-house taxi driver, Annie, that I rode with many times. The food at the restaurant was very good. Donnell at the front desk was personable and friendly. I plan to return next year and stay at the Bay house. I’m looking forward to that.

Definitely not walkable to the beach but they do offer transport everyday to the beach and there is a mall opposite the beach facility which is nice. Our stay was superb! The staff are quite helpful no hesitation with any questions we might of had. We will be back in time to come.

Absolutely stunning location and just the most amazing staff who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and possible and well fed 🥲. Couldn’t thank the kitchen staff enough for accommodating our late arrival and our early breakfast requests! The staff at reception was super helpful and everyone was just so pleasant, polite and ready to help or assist with any and everything. Check in was a breeze and our stay was thoroughly enjoyed by us all especially the babies and the warm pool ❤️. Breathtaking views and gorgeous clean and aesthetically pleasing rooms! 10s all round!!! We can’t wait to come back xoxoxo

I liked that they were able to give us a different room than what we had reserved. The view from the property is nice and clean. Annie was great at providing transportation around the area. The property should at least spray the rooms or keep mosquito repellent in the rooms and an extra trash can in the room besides just the one in the bathroom. The property should have some sort of sign or road name to indicate where the property is since some taxi drivers didn't know where the property was or the corner building next to it that is visible on the main road.

The views from the hotel are absolutely beautiful overlooking the bay! The rooms however do have extremely thin walls so you will hear everything going on in the room next door or in the hotel. There was an event happening that stayed very loud until after 1am which is apparently a frequent occurrence as they host numerous events (not surprising with the lovely view). The bathroom also had a good bit of mold on the ceiling. The kitchen was closed most of the time for dinner which made getting a cab down the hill or ordering in the only two options, but the breakfast was good and reasonable priced. The staff were helpful though in arranging taxis and providing recommendations!

Friendly staff but I wouldn't go back.

The staff workers were very friendly and I hate to give a bad review. The view was nice but it is a remote location in a very poor neighborhood so walking outside of the hotel is unnerving. If you don't have a rental car, you are stuck and no place you would want to go is within walking distance. The dining is a rip-off and quality doesn't match the price by a long way! The kitchen was not run well and the stove was disgustingly filthy! Bed was very hard. Dogs barking through out the night in the neighborhood. No hot water at all.

Beautiful hotel

Our room was cleaned every morning to a very high standard. I am quite finicky and was very pleased about this . The staff couldn’t do enough for us . They were amazing The bar was well stocked . The views from this hotel are fabulous . It was a place where we who had had a stressful time before arriving here completely relaxed.. The owner “”Lotten “” who is Swedish is very kind and lovely . Her staff adore her. The chef is amazing and produced incredibile fish dinners for us . On top of that he made one of the best pumpkin soups we have ever hed. Delicate with hints of spice. It is a place where you feel at home

Annie picked my husband and I up at the airport and was very timely. She even pointed out points of interest while driving to the Hotel. The front desk staff upon arrival and check-in was great. Very helpful and giving insight of the area. Even allowed us to check in early which was much appreciated after a very early flight in from Trinidad. When arriving to the room, the bed was decorated with congratulations as we were there celebrating my birthday and an early baby moon. The room was nice, small with a king sized bed The bathroom, however, was not ideal. Everything in one room with no seperation. The toilet in one corner, the sink in another, and the shower in the 3rd corner. It made showering very difficult as water went everywhere, even when using the rainfall shower head. There's no shelf or anything to place your items. I had to place everything on the edge of the sink and walk back and forth to get my items. The wifi is horrible in our room. It would cut in and out and thankfully we had an eSim or we would be in a bad spot with service. Out first night we had dinner downstairs and were 1 of 3 tables having dinner. We didn't get greeted upon arrival, but had to peek around the corner to find the server on her phone and asked if we wlcould have dinner.

Best Solo Trip!

My solo vacation at The Bay House was beautiful, peaceful and amazing. I love the rustic interior design of the rooms and house. There are beautiful artwork throughout the house painted by a local artist name Teddy. The pool was perfect! There is a daily shuttle that take you and pick you up at Grand Anse Craft and Spice Market from 10am-3pm daily ( I wish the pick up was until 4pm). Chef Vanessa makes the best coconut bake. Chef Jason made an amazing tamarind and nutmeg sauce. The staff was amazing and they all felt like family. Con's: Food: The menu need a makeover to include more local cuisine. I was not impressed with the menu. Location: Transportation to and from the bayhouse can be expensive. Haylap Cost $36XCD/14US to grand anse/town, $43XCD to BBC beach. If you want to eat out for dinner or visit the town average about $30-$40USD around trip. Yes you can walk to Grand Anse, Jean Anglais has a step hill to and from the hotel that is brutal to walk up and walk down. If you decided to walk down to Grand Anse Main Rd It will cost $1/2USD via maxi taxi to go into town. Room: In the shower there is no area to place you shampoo/conditioner/soap. ( I speak with the owner and I believed she will make changes to include a shower holder/caddy). Overall I will recommend the bay house. I saw someone had a book retreat earlier in the year which prompt me to booked here. To be honest this place would be great for a wellness retreat or even a day pass!

Maui Maui Dinner dish. The sauce was amazing, but it fish need a touch of curtis favour. Overall 7/10

Bar Tanner Creation, which was amazing. 8/10

Garlic Bread and Chicken wings with tamarind and nutmeg sauce. This was the best dish I had at the Bay House. Chef Jason if you can use less scause had make wing more sticky!! It will be perfect. 7/10

Très bel hôtel. Propre, calme, tres bien situé. A proximité du quartier de Grand Anse (plage, restaurant).
