Very nice hotel. The best parts: - The staff. The entire reception staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. All were great, but Peter and Santos were super helpful. - Cleanliness. The room was spotless when we arrived, and nicely cleaned during the week. - The bed. Ours was maybe the most comfortable hotel bed we have slept in for many years. I hate going on vacation and coming home exhausted because of an uncomfortable bed. - The pools and bars. There are several pools: kiddie pool, whirlpool, adults only pool, and others. All were clean and did not smell like they were over-chlorinated. Most areas around the pools had areas to get some shade too. The bars near the pools were nice, and served non-alcoholic drinks of all kinds too. Pool-side with a virgin pina colada is a winner. The not-so-great: - The food in the restaurants was ok, not great, and pretty expensive. Not really a problem because there dozens of nice small places within a three minute walk with every possible kind of food. - The pool furniture. There are LOTS of chaise lounges around the pools. About 2/3 are damaged badly enough and no longer comfortable. I am a pretty skinny guy, but either the fabric on the back was stretched out so that my back rested on a metal bar, or the fabric on the base was loose, so my butt sank into a saggy spot. These chaises are overdue for some maintenance. - Seating in the rooms. I didn't find the couch or chairs to be very comfortable.

O atendimento foi excelente. O quarto muito confortável. Bem localizado, você consegue ir caminhando pelo centrinho de Palm Beach, ontem possui muitos restaurantes. Além de ter transfer até a praia. O que não agradou foi que o hotel possui muitos quartos mas a estrutura da beira da praia deixa a desejar. Eram apenas uns 30 lugares, todos cheios e muitas pessoas aguardando, sem ter uma organização. Ficamos aguardando, depois passaram outras famílias na nossa frente para ocupar lugares e acabamos indo embora. Não tinha café da manhã incluso. Poderia ter algo básico, pelo valor da estadia. Os talheres eram de madeira, o que não era possível descascar frutas. Não tinham taças. Pelo valor da estadia, deveria ter algo mais diferenciado para o hóspede.

Podiam ter talheres de metal pois não conseguia descascar frutas para minhas filhas.

Pontos positivos: Hotel novo, com gerência muito atenciosa e pronta para solucionar contratempos. Quartos amplos e confortáveis, excelentes para famílias de até 4 pessoas. Limpeza muito boa. Área de piscina muito boa e academia equipada. Localização excelente, a poucos passos da área de restaurantes de Palm Beach. Pontos a melhorar: Embora seja muito próximo da praia, a área destinada aos hóspedes não é ideal, pois fica em frente à marina, com tráfego constante de lanchas e jet-skis. Além disso, os sombreiros disponibilizados aos hóspedes ficam encostando na areia, dispostos em 3 a 4 fileiras, o que prejudica a vista do mar para quem está nas fileiras de trás e não oferece proteção adequada do sol após o meio-dia. Também parecem ser insuficientes para a quantidade de hóspedes. Não vi esse tipo de sombreiro em outros locais da ilha. Por fim, alguns funcionários demonstraram falta de preparo, sugerindo necessidade de melhor treinamento.

This was our first trip to Aruba. The staff was helpful and friendly. Check in and out was smooth and parking was very convenient. The room was clean and very spacious. Out pool view included a distant view of the ocean. The "kitchen" was just a microwave, large fridge and freezer and sink. We had to ask for plates and cutlery (which was provided but were disposable products). The pools were lovely and never crowded. We did not eat at the property since it was so convenient to walk to all the beach bars and restaurants. The only draw back was the beach space. The beach chairs provided were too few and always crowded. Since we were more interested in exploring the island and sitting on the more remote beaches this didn't affect us.

While the room was very clean, the bedroom had an audible whistle in it. The whistle seemed to be coming from the window and was the result of the constant breeze on the island. We were told it appeared to be the outside seal and there was nothing they could do. Their remedy was to unlock the other bedroom (nearest to the common hallway with no view) which had a very strong musty, mildewy smell. It also was two twin beds instead of a king bed. Service. The 'restaurant' was average at best. The service was S-L-O-W. There was no poolside service for drinks or food.

Ótima localização. Apartamento tipo Flat com excelente espaço e confortável. Quarto amplo com bom colchão e móveis novos. Cozinha com microonda s, geladeira freezer e pia. Sala com sofá confortável. Varanda ampla.. Banheiro bom. Hotel dispõe um espaço na praia com espreguiçadeiras e sombreros inclusos. Transporte para a praia de manhã até 18 h. Restaurante da piscina borda infinita experimentamos um Burger com fritas que estava muito gostoso. Tem uma máquina de gelo no térreo, 3 piscinas, sendo 1 grande no térreo água fria. Piscina no segundo piso com linda vista do mar e temperatura que água agradável mas que depende do sol. Um ofurô água morna. Estacionamento amplo e fechado com porteiro 24 h. Academia disponível. Local e seguro próximo a vários restaurantes em Palm Beach. Dá para ir a pé à praia e a vários restaurantes. Horário de término de funcionamento das piscinas poderiam ser um pouco mais tarde pelo menos até 22 h como ocorre em outros hotéis compatíveis de 4 estrelas de Aruba. Pelo preço na diária poderia estar incluído o café da manhã. E a temperatura das piscinas um pouco mais quente.

Staff were exceptional(especially Pete and Santos). Just those two alone make us can wait until we come back next Dec. hotel was clean, rooms were spacious and well designed, pools were clean, plenty of lunge chairs, umbrellas and pergola shade coverings. Will miss our daily conversations and hi-fives with Santos and shuttle conversations & elevator rides with Peter! High recommend Radisson Blu

The room was better than expected. It was spacious and immaculate. It was cleaned daily and they left the rooms immaculately and always refreshed the towels, refilled the extra amenities. I loved that it was just a few steps away from all the restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay there again. My family was happy with the friendly staffi and the bonus was offering pool yoga and jewelry making classes. We loved the Radisson Blu Aruba.

Resident kitty. Laziest and sweetest little kitten. What a treat to see her every day.
