After original hotel cancelled less than a month before travel, had to find another venue to stay in Tirana for a few days before meeting tour. From website & reviews this seemed ideal. Though at the opposite side of the centre, was still easy to get to from airport with short stroll from terminus. Check in was quick. Hotel is not too big, room was large being unusually wider than long. Bed was comfortable & shower warm. There was a small, stocked fridge in room but no hot drink making facility. Hotel is on a side road from a main thoroughfare, so there can be some noise. During the evening found the canopies above the windows can get caught by the wind & make a noise. Breakfast was nice with a selection of cold or warm fare.

Fantastic stay - highly recommend as a base for exploring Tirana. It was great the hotel had car parking and the reception staff even helped park it for me as the space was pretty tight. Also room was lovely. Other staff were also fantastic including helping print my boarding pass.

The best thing was that the hotel manager and staff were really nice and extremely helpful and made us feel welcome. The rooms looked ok on arrival and had nice bathrooms. The breakfast was suffice and included. Areas for improvement: the rooms were clean but I could smell smoke were previous occupants had smoked in the room. You can also smell smoke outside the room? This may be the heavy smoking area outside the front of the hotel. The hotel is 25 mins walk from the centre and very very busy with traffic and cars around front and back of hotel so noisy.

Good Location, Clean, and Modern

Eler Hotel was great, and we had a very comfortable stay there. The hotel is very clean and modern, and the location is ideal. Staff was very helpful and friendly. While the parking situation at first doesn't seem great, the staff at the hotel is very diligent in juggling cars and parking spaces so that there is always a place. One of the small touches we enjoyed were the old photographs of Tiranë that were found in the hallways and in every room. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Well decorated and modern rooms, all the key bits were there, nice bathrooms, comfy bed, clean rooms, fast wifi, good breakfast, lots of great restaurants nearby, close to bus terminals and Tirana ring shopping centre with supermarket cash points. Special shout out to Armando who fulfilled a last minute request for my partners birthday, really went the extra mile and it was hugely appreciated. Very friendly and helpful staff which I would say is the best feature. Highly recommended.

When I walked into the room it smelled like old mop water. It smelled like it was clean with dirty water. The sheets on the bed had blood stains and I didn’t feel like this room was clean at all. I was only here for one night so thankfully I could leave the next day. I will say the location is good and makes it easy to walk restaurants and attractions nearby. The free breakfast is okay, but good to grab a quick coffee and a croissant. Personally I wouldn’t come back here because the rooms weren’t clean.

Good location, solid room, improvable service

Good location close to the city center. Could use a parking spot in the very front of the hotel, check-in was easy. Assigned room was clean but a bit outdated, a few elements could be improved (flimsy little lamps next to the bed, wardrobe doors were heavy to move and noisy). Bathroom was clean except the socket of the shower cabin. Solid mattress, had a good sleep. Breakfast was small and simple but was sufficient for me. Breakfast room personnell did not bother to ask the guests wether they wanted to drink anything, as the only drink from the breakfast buffet was orange juice. Upon checkout, one employee quickly walked up to the room to check it, before I could pay my minibar consumption. Overall good experience with room for improvement.
