Staff were really friendly and helpful especially in the restaurant with our fussy toddler and the waitress brought her colouring to do to help entertain her! Lovely little touch.
Spacious rooms. lots of restaurants to choose from. We ate in the Italian which was amazing.
Unfortunately the rooms had very thin walls and ceilings, you could hear people walking very loudly, running of taps etc and also hear the church bell & clock at certain times of the day so if you’re a light sleeper it made it difficult. There is also not access to hot drinks even though it states a coffee maker in the room there wasn’t and were told you had to be best western members to get free hot drinks!
Also, if buying bar snacks, check pricing- at reception they had a different price to the bar (lower) on the label and then when purchased they actually cost more than the bar, when questioned we were told well that’s what the till system says so that’s the cost (left abit of a sour taste in our mouths!)
