It appears when you walk in that this hotel has not been cared for in years. kind of musty, ciggarette small. so many broken things in the room. the tub and shower were stained. faucet dripping. vent cover so dirty and dusty. not been cleaned in years. the security camara was clearly disabled. Probably time to tear this one down and start over

Needs a good cleaning

This was not a good visit. Had to change rooms twice due to unclean rooms. Breakfast was ok. The employees were nice but the hotel overall was dirty and needs a deep clean. The tv and toilet both didn't work in my room

Dont recommend this place.

This was a very poorly maintained Ramada. The security catch lock on the door was broken, and the bathroom sink fell completely out of the counter top, and the shoower/tub drained very slowlt if at all. And when i reported it to the person at yhe deak, they didnt offer any other room or anything, and i had intended on staying another night. All they said was that maintenence would be in at 8, and would come by. We finally checkedout at noon, and never saw maintenance or booked another room . I will never stay at this location again .
Vanity sink that had fallen thru the countertop.

Not deserving of the Ramada Name!!!!

This is an older hotel that need not only significant remodeling but some serious cleaning!!!!! Sheets were stained yellow, non-smoking rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, hallways and rooms were not very well lit. Trash in the stairwells. Worn out furniture with holes and tears. Not up to what I have seen of Ramada Standards.

Hotel was very dirty and smelled like cigarettes and weed. It seemed like there was a lot of shady stuff going down there

Rates to high for a dirty, smelly place to sleep

This hotel was the dirtiest I've ever stayed in. There were stains on the pillows and sheets, grime in the bathroom, the whole place smelled like smoke. There were cigarette butts on the floor in the public restroom and on the ground outside the entrances. This is what i would expect from a $50/night motel, not a $90/night ramada.

Needs updating desperately
christopher, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

We checked it and went to the room and immediately walked out. There was peeling paint inside of the windows and the bathroom has a crack like it had been hit by a hammer. The whole feel of the place is very unsafe. We pulled up to the place and on the side of the building there was a homeless person sleeping. I asked “if that was common” and the lady at the desk said “yes, the downtown has a large homeless population.” I’m trying to figure a way to be refunded as we left immediately after walking into the room. Ever get that feeling that something very bad happened in a room you were staying in? We got that here for sure.

I stayed in better places

Smoke detector hanging from ceiling wires showing, no roller for toilet paper, carpet was stained, no heat lamp or fan in bathroom, 1 bath towel for 2 people, tv remote missing. Not good at all! I also paid thw same price as someone who would have reserved room on their website.
Amanda, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

No phone cord. Coffee in the room, but no coffee maker. Water was not hot. Breakfast was below average. No switch on two lights. And so on. A good manager could have fixed all of those.
