Breakfast maid did not show up to put food out! Finally at 7:30 someone brought some supplies out, otherwise boiled eggs, bread, bagels were all old. Milk was questionable, not very impressed with how it was handled. It’s normally my favorite hotel chain

NO POOL! Room had dirty towels and hair spray bottle left behind from previous travelers. Manager Rita was very rude, when asked about why the pool is closed during our stay but they offered it at the beginning of our booking. She said we can check out if we don’t like it, problem with that is that we had booked 15 rooms for a big group so there was no way we would’ve found a hotel to take us all in for the next night. Breakfast was standard. I will definitely be contacting corporate.
Pool is closed till May, no water and dying plants.

My best friend and I booked two separate rooms at this hotel on two different days. I didn’t have a problem checking in, in fact was able to check in early but once my best friend and her family got there the staff was very rude to them, told her that she was no longer staying there and they put them in a different hotel at a different location with lower stars and much cheaper than this hotel due to the “wind and rain damage to some rooms.” My friend did not get a refund, a heads up or anything. The staff pretty much told her she was out of luck and to figure it out on her own. The staff did not contact them via telephone or email prior to arrival to let them know they were moved to a completely different hotel and the reasoning. The heating element in the pool went out the day of check in and the staff told me it would be a month or so before it’s fixed. The room itself was somewhat clean. No mattress protectors on either bed in our room!

Front desk was excellent! Facilities were very good, with the exception of the noisy ice machine that was accross from our door. Also noisy geese all night outside at the pond. Breakfast was very good as well as location. Would stay again

We stayed there in December; pool was down. We stayed this time and the pool was still down with the same problem.. We chose this hotel because we wanted a pool. Next time we will stay at the hotel next door.

The link is not working on the confirmation email. We followed that and it took us a hour out of our way. Plus Not sure why we were put in a handicapped room but it was a bigger room. So that was nice. But there was no remote to the tv and even after getting one from the front desk it didn’t work. There was trash underneath the bed. When I checked out I told the front desk about these issues but they would barely speak to me as they were on their cell phone.

I have stayed here before with no difficulties this experience was different. I opened the microwave this morning to make a cup of tea and there was a meal of mashed potatoes and meatloaf in it. I don’t know how long it was in there but it stank! So then I thought I’d see if the refrigerator was empty. Much to my surprise there was a 12 pack of beer in there! Now it was my husband and I in this room. The hotel had several wrestling teams staying for a tournament. High school boys in rooms that potentially had beer in them is not a good situation. When I told the front desk the response was “you could have had a party”. Their lack of professionalism was very disappointing

The hotel was clean, and nice. I have no complaints there. Unfortunately this only allows a review of the hotel. If I could though I would give hotels.com 0 stars. The pool at this hotel isn’t operable, and hasn’t been for several months. We have young kids looking forward to swimming. Expecting the pool to be open. Why? Because the hotel.com site shows pictures of a fully functioning pool. Even though the hotel notified them that it wasn’t working months ago. Hotels.com took pool off of the hotels amenities list, and left the photos of the pool. The pictures showed me a nice hotel with a nice pool, so no need to look at the amenities list. Anyway, I contacted hotels.com talked what I have to assume was Ai, the bot informed me that I would be contacted by their supervisor. That was a week ago, and I have t heard squat. There’s lots of other sites out there, it may be time for me at least to try another site. Very disappointed.
