Terisa was the most enthusiastic, hardest working hotel staff we have encountered in a very long time. She was at the reservation desk when we arrived in the afternoon, then she was serving us breakfast the following morning. The smile and positivity never escaped her, even during a very stressful time where she was the only staff member with numerous customers waiting to check in, she made our stay so enjoyable!

This hotel was priced well below the Downtown hotel prices. It’s 5mins outside the downtown area, and right off the thruway. It was perfect for our trip. Only red flag is the amount of homeless people in the area, but no issues. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Overall excellent stay. The staff at the front desk were very nice and extremly helpful. They welcomed us back each time we returned. The location of the property was very convienent to Xavier University, just as easy 10-12 minute drive away. My room, a king, was spacious, clean and very comfortable. It was also very nice to have a wet bar aarea complete with mini refridgerator and microwave. The desk was very adequate for some work that requireed my attention. In room WiFi, although not super fast, was more than enough to stream movies and check messages. I would recommend this property without reservation. Overall excellent stay and a good value.

This is a great place to stay close to University of Cincinnati I stayed here for my daughter's graduation. The staff was great the room was great and breakfast was good as well. Not very fancy but it was good and clean and everything was fine. Thing that I would like to let folks know about is parking at this facility is very challenging the parking lot is extremely small be aware of that. But after 4 years of my daughter being at University of Cincinnati I wish I would have known about this place earlier. Nothing but good things to say

The surrounding area was sketchy, with people that appeared to be homeless outside near the parking lot. The hallways smelled of marijuana. No bedding was in the room for the pullout couch and when we asked for bedding we were told we could not have any extra pillows. Three people were staying in our room and we had 2 towels and 1 hand towel.
