Sandy was amazing at check-in — she solved an issue we truly didn’t think could be fixed, and she did it with so much kindness and professionalism, even though we were initially frustrated with the situation. Breakfast was delicious, the rooms were spotless and very comfortable, and the bathrooms are newly renovated. The entire staff has been incredibly pleasant and welcoming. Overall, we’re very impressed and grateful for the experience.
