Apartment Hotel

This is an apartment hotel and as such there is quite a lot of self-service i.e. getting luggage to the room etc. The accommodation is spacious, kitchen is well-equipped for European guests. (No kettle for the English) also nothing provided in the way of tea, cofee, washing up liquid so bring your own. Breakfast is a very good buffet selection in lovely surroundings. We also had a delightful meal at the restaurant once again in lovely surroundings with very friendly service. On a main road but surprisingly quiet at all hours

In die Jahre gekommen, mit einigen Abstrichen

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, man hat den Eindruck, dass es auf Sparflamme betrieben wird. So waren zum Beispiel viele der Bars oder Kioske gar nicht geöffnet und das Essen fand nur im Innenbereich statt, der Innenhof wurde gar nicht genutzt - das bedeutet, dass man auch bei schönstem Wetter im nicht ganz so schönen und leider recht lauten Speisesaal saß. Das Abendessen bei Halb-Pension begann leider erst um halb neun und die Qualität und Auswahl der Speisen war auch nicht überzeugend. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, die Einrichtung nicht ganz zeitgemäß, bis auf die Dusche aber in recht gutem Zustand - die Dusche bedurfte aber definitiv einer Renovierung. Der Pool war gut, ein Wermutstropfen an dieser Stelle war aber, dass er morgens erst um elf Uhr öffnete. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass die vier Sterne des Hotels wohl nicht mehr komplett gerechtfertigt und damit die Preise leider überteuert sind. Das Hotel ist als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge gut geeignet um den Nachmittag am Pool zu verbringen, dann allerdings nur mit Frühstück und nur für einige Nächte.

Absolute Vollkatastrophe: angepriesene Poolanlage total verdreckt und mit Möwenkacke versaut....ein Badeparadies für die Möwen, aber nicht für die Gäste. Ebenso sind die Becken der Brunnen wohl auch länger nicht gereinigt worden: verschleimtes und stinkendes Wasser. Die Zimmer selbst sind sehr laut. Man hört leider alles. Der Zustand lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig: alles alt und nur überstrichen. Klospülungen hängen dauernd und die Schlösser der Badtüren sind defekt. Die Witzfigur von der Rezeption musste öfters kommen um, mit Werkzeug, die Türen wieder freizugegeben. Unsere Tochter war sogar für längere Zeit auch darin eingeschlossen. Dies brachte das Fass vollends zum Überlaufen und gab uns dann somit den Rest, das Hotel umgehend zu verlassen. Das Essen war eine Zumutung: ständig kalt und immer das gleiche. Keine Babykost. Bei Vollpension kein Getränk dabei: alles muss extra bezahlt werden. Der verlogene Hotelmanager versprach uns dann zuerst, dass er als kleine Wiedergutmachung den Transfer für das neue Hotel übernimmt, was er dann beim Checkout wieder zurücknahm. Von Expedia kam, trotz sofortiger Reklamation, bisher keinerlei Unterstützung bzw. eine Entschädigung!!!!! Hotelwechsel inkl. Transfer mussten wir selber organisieren und auch bezahlen. Rechtliche Schritte behalten wir uns vor. Dieses Hotel ist absolut keine 4 Sterne wert. Mitarbeiter sind aber größtenteils bemüht und nett und für mich, neben den geprellten Gästen, ebenfalls die Leidtragenden.

Trop déçu par la qualité de service. Je trouve que l'hôtel est excessivement cher pour pas grand chose. Point de frustration : pour la réservation on voit bien "Parking sans service de voiturier", mais arrivé sur place : Pas de parking, on me propose de louer une place au garage pour € la nuit ! Inadmissible !

Necesita una reforma, muchas de las instalaciones estan obsoletas. Falta personal de servicio, por ejemplo, en el desayuno no había nadie. Por otro lado, las habitaciones tienen falta de limpieza. En general, no estuvimos cómodos y teniendo en cuenta el precio que tiene, esperabamos bastante mas.

Buffet sin identificar para celíacos como nos dijeron al realizar la reserva, hay que preguntar continuamente que se puede comer, prácticamente nada, porque además está todo mezclado. Lejos de la playa, zonas comunes y piscina muy bonitas, apartamentos amplios, pero falta mantenimiento. (cisterna rota, manguera rota, puerta cocina descolgada, etc).

체크인 하는데 결제정보가 바로 안떠서 30분가량을 기다렸습니다. 그리고 방으로 올라갔는데 청소가 안되어있더군요. 다시 카운터로 가서 다른방으로 바꿔는데. 발코니 화단에 쓰레기가 있고 버려놓은 면도기까지.

Some charm. Some downside.

Lobby was beautiful, breakfast was tasty, checkin person was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Room was in need of TLC, specifically the doors to the balconies both had broken locks. A big deal because we’re traveling with a 3-year-old. Pool area was not kid friendly, too deep for me to go in and be able to stand with a child. Also, so many ants in that area.
