10/10 Exceptional

A wonderful location with good walking access to pick ups for transportation. A bustling, lively area with lots of options for food, despite that not noisy or intrusive. All staff were wonderful but the front desk staff were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. If you want to be away from the tourist rat race but close enough to do the tourist things, this is a perfect location and would highly recommend Hotel Saint Martin Bastille. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour!

Perfect location. Property was comfortable, clean, and safe, with accommodating staff. The room was spacious and the bathroom looked brand new. Water pressure was great in the shower. Quiet room despite being right on the park. Cute decor. Air conditioned. They were happy to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out, and quite kind at the desk. I don’t think we could’ve asked for more for our stay. We had to cancel two days of our stay because of the Icelandair strike and there was no hesitation or surcharge on their part. We were happy before that interaction and indebted after. Thank you for your kindness!

8/10 Very good

Great location. Close to many shops and restaurants and nice rue Oberkampf. Typical parisian market on the Boulevard Richard Lenoir twice a week. Close to Canal Saint Martin

10/10 Exceptional

It's a small hotel in a residential area, right by the Marais. Tiny elevator, small rooms and a very high tub that makes it difficult to get in and out. Other than that the owners are nice, breakfast is great and the crispy white linen are very enticing.

The rooms were a reasonable size for Europe and well equipped. You can walk to Marais district on about 20 minutes. Breakfast is available on site although we never tried it. There are several cafes close by. The farmers market is right across the street and happens twice a week. Off you want to shop this is not your spot!

6/10 Good

Great location. Walkable to Maria’s, repulique etc. Small rooms as expected, decent sized bathrooms. They can do better than the paper cups provided for tea or coffee. Dated appliances - kettle . Rooms were clean though and housekeeping excellent.

Clean, tidy and very well-kept hotel. My room was pleasant although tiny with its window was at the bottom of a light shaft, but from the glimpses I had of other rooms, the rooms are generally very nice. And clean and well-kept.
