We arrived at 8pm, having called in advance to advise of our arrival time. We had booked a table in the restaurant at 8.30pm (the final sitting according to the website). We were disappointed to hear the restaurant was shut when we arrived. We were offered no refreshments (our booking stated a welcome drink)- the village was very quiet with only a burger place open so we had very little choice to get something to eat. Would not return.
