Family place close to everything

Good place pretty close to train station. Easy walk to train and central Florence. Plenty of room for family of 4. Neighborhood was safe but not much activity. Nice little balcony overlooking courtyard. Washer was convenient.

This is a nice apartment in a good location. The kitchen could be better equipped and the main apartment door and the main entrance were a problem to open.

We stayed here in early August 2024, a family with four kids. Value for money is super poor, the property is over-priced for 3 times vs similar properties in the area. We asked for a bit late checkout and were refused. The communication was also poor, got reply on my whatsapp messages only next day. No elevator in the building. Does it worth a stay for a family with the kids

Nossa estadia foi muito agradável, os quartos são bem amplos, iluminados, a cozinha nos atendeu muito bem, o chuveiro é muito bom e a água quente é rápida e funciona muito bem em todos os pontos, os quadros que decoram o apartamento são interessantes. A localização é excelente, com uma oferta muito boa de serviços bem próximos (supermercados, Mercado Central, ótimas padarias e cafés como o Vecchio Forno e o Caffé Rainer, restaurantes como a Trattoria Zazá e muitos outros), e a uma distância bem confortável de todas as principais atrações da cidade, do Duomo, e da estação Santa Maria Novella. O atendimento do staff da acomodação também foi sempre muito acessível e prestativo. Recomendamos!
