Our room was clean and larger than expected. There were any double queen rooms left, but the king with the tocca bed worked perfectly for our family of four! Breakfast had lots of options and staff did a wonderful job of making sure everything was stocked as it was a very busy due to kids sporting event that must have been going on. Nice, New, clean ! Great location - close to highway and lots of restaurants in plaza - Neighboors and North italia were favorites from our trip. Staff super friendly and survived TN snow storm of 2026 in comfort. Only negative was that HBO was not included on tv as it was in other Marriott properties 5 stars all around
