群策溫泉飯店靠海，可以去海邊踏水，飯店內有遊戲室，小孩玩得不易樂乎，可惜因為要顧小孩無法前往泡溫泉區！不然整趟行程會更棒！ 飯店房間提前告知，需要並床，小孩靠內睡，也睡的很安心！床偏硬，一人動另一人就會連動，所以會睡得比較不安穩！

房間的床單沒有舖好，房間也看到房務人員留下的排房表；另外有兩間房，從入住的時候開始，就一直停留在清潔中，房門一直開著，直到隔天退房時還保持開著。之所以會說床單沒舖好，因為讓人感覺是不是為了要趕著去做什麼事，才會床也沒舖好，排房表也忘了收，別的房間的清潔工作也來不及做，更忘了關門。

1.泡湯設施竟然在星期二關閉一整天，官方說法是要整理與清潔，對住宿客卻是完全剝奪可以使用的權利。(重點是網站上都未提供相關訊息) 2.早餐0730才開始使用，相較一般飯店都是0630就可以用餐，這樣很不方便。

房間：很寬敞，有吧台、沙發和書桌，浴室也很大。海景房有兩個陽台，可以盡情欣賞翡翠灣海景。 設施：有男女裸湯、健身房，休閒中心有撞球、桌球、浮力球、手足球，適合國小國中以上親子同樂。還有空間很大的兒童遊戲室即將完工。飯店外甚至還有籃球場。 服務：入住日前幾天，飯店還打電話詢問是否要預約手作體驗，十分貼心。當天晚上還有氣球派對，適合家長帶著低年級或幼稚園小朋友參加。 停車：有地下停車場，若客滿就停路邊即可。 飯店景觀、服務、設施、早餐都很令人滿意。 鄰近景點不少，走出飯店步行向右就可到翡翠灣戲水，向左就是抹茶山丘，沿著海灣步道可步行至龜吼漁港大啖海鮮。開車3分鐘到萬里駱駝峰，4分鐘就到野柳，相當方便。
