Loved the property and our stay here, the only thing disappointing was the Spa. The sauna was non-operational and the spa facilities are quite small with not a lot of options.

Unfortunately this wasn’t the best stay. The hotel is decent enough, it’s in a good location. The rooms weren’t grubby, however, they didn’t scream clean either - the towels were a bit musty and rough, the grout wasn’t clean, and the carpet a little stained. Breakfast was excellent, the food is good and a large selection. Some staff were friendly, however, there was one lady at reception who was incredibly terse with multiple customers - looking them up and down and eye rolling. I was then charged twice for my stay and my VIP benefits from Expedia were not applied. Next time I will probably stay elsewhere.

Unfortunately my rooms view was direktet to a wall - so I had not even daylight. But that was a miner detail. But the room was clean and tidy and so was the bathroom. The team at the breakfast (an outstanding buffet with almost too much to choose from!) and the team at the reception were very friendly. I had a great time in Göteborg and recommend this hotel! The city center is reached easily by walking a few meters...

Ok værelse, dog meget kedelig udsigt til gården. Brusehovedet var i stykker. Vi spurgte om muligheden for tidlig indtjening- det kunne ikke lade sig gøre. Det stod at der var parkering - vi blev henvist til offentlig parkering overfor hotellets indgang. Tjeneren i skybar var meget lidt serviceminded!! Så i bund og grund ikke nogen særlig positiv oplevelse.
