Worse room I ever seen we didn’t even stay one night there was bugs it also smelt bad and the wall and furniture were old and dirty also the walls were dirty don’t recommend staying here

Location was perfect! However, property was missing trash bags, toilet paper and basic things needed to stay at a vacation house. Cleanliness was alright. I just expected more when paying such a high price and fees.

condo was great. looks as pictured. love the washer/dryer. instructions were precise and easy, that lock outside to obtain key was hard to open. we literally had to drop the lock to get the hatch to open. right across from beach and pool was perfect. perfect location, close to stores and restaurants. i would recommend this condo

Frustrated Trip

It wasn't what I expected. No nice views. My Grandchildren were disappointed; they were hoping for a nice Balcony to hang out on. and looking for a stay on the Beach. The Kitchen sink has no stopper. Needed a Keurig Coffee Maker for our Coffee pods. A TV remote was a missing battery cover.

Nasty Sticky Floors

Everything was spotless except the floors. I was barefooted from taken a shower the first night and my feet was sticking to the floor. I looked at my feet and they were nasty brown color. I mopped the floor myself.

Overall nice place/stay. Bathroom exhaust fan does not work properly. Overall sense of moisture in the condo as a whole, but otherwise nice. General warning to all: don’t park in spot 313 even for a second or probably even smile at the lady in the yellow hummer, she’s a very unhappy person.

This is one of those properties where you get exactly what you pay for. The price is very low but the condo needs some updates and repairs pretty badly. There were several broken tiles in the bathroom, a molded shower curtain, mold on the ceiling and broken threshold between the living area and kitchen. Overall it was clean, decorated as pictured, and had all of the things we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. The public beach is a trek across a super busy highway but there is a crosswalk. Please note that the parking fee is isn’t included in your price paid because it is right across from the public beach. The location is good for many dining, delivery, and grocery options. The rental company was pretty standard with communications but will not allow an early check in, unlike most others I’ve rented. Overall it was okay; not sure I would book again, probably not though.

Didn't like they only left 1 toilet paper roll for a family of 6 that stayed 3 nights 4 days. Also the blender was really dirty it looked like it had not been washed in months and after we washed it, it didn't work. It would been nice if we had a broom to sweep the floor. Besides all that it was good, close to the beach and stores.

The property is in desperate need of an update. The floors were filthy as was the living room carpet and the carpet on the spiral staircase. Overall cleanliness was disappointing. On the other hand, the property is in an excellent location. The building upkeep is good. Pool very nice. I've stayed in other condos in this building and been very satisfied but this one was pretty sad.

The property itself was fantastic. Check-in and out again fantastic. Location great! However, the unit we were in was less than desirable. Yes, it was clean at first glance. However, the couch was pretty dirty and stained, much less I can’t imagine anyone sleeping on the pull out sofa bed. The box spring had springs missing from the sofa bed. The cushioned barstools were extremely dirty and stained as well. In the shower where the top of the shower meets the wall was dirty and moldy. The unit could use a little updating with paint and furniture. The towels and sheets were clean.

It was a great start for the price and very close to the places I needed to be. I did request an additional parking pass because I had an unexpected extra car and wasn't given one... I understand there are usually only two provided for free but I wanted to pay an extra parking fee to get one but again no. I think that should be an option for future people.
