Most disrespectful receptionist I had in my life. Worst hotel experience ever had in my life. I file a Complaint, but no feedbacks at all. The the room standard was not the same as what was initially booked on Expedia. There was no prior communication or notification about this change. Given the late hour and the difficulty in finding alternative accommodations, I reluctantly took the situation. However, this discrepancy reflects a lack of attention to detail and a failure to provide the expected level of service. The combination of the receptionist ( middle age man) 's aggressive and rude behavior, the excessively long check-in process, the lack of proper communication, and the room discrepancy has left me feeling not only disappointed but also concerned about the professionalism and quality of service at your hotel. As a paying guest, I believe that I deserved to be treated with respect and courtesy throughout my entire stay. However, the receptionist's demeanor left me feeling disrespected and devalued as a customer. Take this matter seriously and address the behavior of your staff promptly. It is crucial to uphold standards of customer service and ensure that all guests are treated with professionalism and courtesy. I also seek a refund for the booking, as this experience fell far short of the expected standards of hospitality. I was shocked by the receptionist's rude and aggressive attitude.

I don't know about you but when I'm on a trip and stop for the night, my #1 concern is getting a good night's sleep so I can be refreshed & ready to go the next day. In this case, this was our destination & we were spending 3 nights here for a conference, then we were going to head back. Unfortunately, all 3 nights, the people in the room above us decided they wanted to "share" their favorite music collection with us. The first night the music was quiet enough that it only woke me up intermittently. Well, I didn't want to put up a fuss so I didn't complain. First night of crap sleep. Second night the music was playing again, and again I tried to sleep through it. However, at 1:15am they cranked the music up LOUD. After 1.5 hours of this, I finally called the front desk. They called the room & about 3:00am the music was turned off. Second night of crap sleep. Third night the music was playing again but just a little too loud to try to sleep through. About 8:30pm, I called the front desk. The front desk called the room, and about 8:40 the music got... louder. From 8:40 to about 11:30, the music got quieter & louder, but the overall pattern was louder. At 11:30, I called the front desk and complained again, then hung up and called the police. The police showed up & the music was shut off. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to fall asleep until about 1:30am. Third night of crap sleep. This was, perhaps, one of the worst stays ever. And I paid $145/night for this.

No freezer space. Less elbow room than other stays. Quiet location for resting. Nice breakfast options. Surprisingly easy northbound traffic flow around eastern side of Nashville during morning commute time. Easy access to downtown Franklin.

STAY AWAY! Our family tried to stay here last night after a 14 hour drive from FL and had to leave after an hour. People hanging out on balconies, around hidden corners and in cars. Loud music and partying outside. Our last straw was someone banged on our door as we were going to bed and ran away. Absolutely terrifying to our children. Seems we were targeted for not being locals. I think people live at this Hotel (motel). Lastly, we reached out to Hotels.com to help with a refund and thet did their best but staff lied and said they offered us options after we turned in our room keys after an hour because of our safety. Please go to the next exit. Much safer and nicer for the same price. Too bad we could not get a refund after being there for less than and hour and having to spend money on a second hotel for the same night. Seriously, stay away.

The bed was comfortable. It was obvious the room, parking area and office/breakfast room were well maintained and clean. Breakfast was better than I expected - real biscuits and sausage were definitely nice. We would stay there again if the need arose.
