Our room has full haram view which was great. Room did needed a little wear and tear maintenance but it was pretty clean. Walk from hotel building exit door to masjid gates 327, 328 is less than a minute. Bin dawood is within the hotel building. Hotel staff is very co-operative.

A refresh is needed. Movenpick is one of my favourite hotels in Madinah for various reasons. My room however was run down. Cupboard and drawer doors were falling off their hinges. Temperature control in the shower was broken (unfixed even after complaining). Housekeeping didn't bother to change sheets or vacuum floor (5 day stay so it was a consistent pattern).
