Charles the restaurant manager greeted us in the parking lot. Escorted us to the reserved handicap parking and put our luggage in our room for us all with a great smile and attitude. Our room was also super!

Comfortable stay.

A very comfortable room and a great shower! The hairdryer in my room didn’t work but they sent someone up with another which was fine. And they asked me to move my car from the outside parking to the underground garage. No big deal and I actually preferred that option. Very friendly and helpful staff. Recommended.

J'ai réservé une chambre à 2 lits simple. Ils ont collé les 2 lits et mis un seul drap et un seul édredon... La chambre donnait sur la terrasse où tous les fumeurs sortaient fumer, donc nous avions l'odeur de cigarette sitôt que la fenetre était ouverte. Le petit déjeuner est très basique, seul 2 options de pain (baguette blanche ou pain toast), de la vaisselle sale, des bancs et tables sales. Le repas du soir au restaurant est correct à un prix raisonnable. Le parking sousterrain est pratique. Le quartier est mal famé. J'ai réservé un massage avec Alice, très bien, mais il faut payer EUR 15 pour accéder au spa malgré les EUR 90 payé pour le massage. Cet établissement n'est pas digne de la chaine Best Western, je n'y retournerai pas.

J’ai dormi 2 nuits d’affilées et la femme de ménage n’a pas changé les draps sachant qu’il y’avait déjà une tache de café dans le lit quand j’ai pris l’occupation de la chambre. Mis à part cela, l’hôtel est bien ( à l’accueil ils sont serviables et sympas) et le service est au top (fitness pratique dans l’hotel).

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cet hôtel, accompagnés de notre chat, et tout a été parfait ! L’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné dès notre arrivée, avec même quelques petites attentions pour notre compagnon à quatre pattes. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée, offrant tout le confort nécessaire après nos journées bien remplies. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme de l’établissement, la qualité de la literie et le restaurant qui proposait des produits locaux et de qualité. Le personnel est toujours souriant et disponible, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe.

Séjour parfait ! Accueil chaleureux, chambre impeccable et literie très confortable. Merci au réceptionniste pour la recommandation du restaurant La Madeleine face à la Cathédrale : excellent et service bienveillant. Tram à proximité, gratuit le week-end jusqu’à minuit, très pratique pour se déplacer. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, les prestations sont vraiment top ainsi que le personnel 👍
