Great employees but hotel systems and facilities are extremely disappointing, this is the second time staying there and is worst than the first time. Extremely difficult to lock/unlock the rooms, no room heaters (we were offered additional blankets though) uneven floors, I smashed a toe. Restaurant was not open except one day of my multiple day stay. The asked me for a credit card for incidentals and they charge me for an extra room by accident, management refused to return the money to my credit card, I am on the middle of disputing/reversing the charge through my bank. Never going back.

La habitación con poca limpieza en general, la cafetera sin tapa y sucia, el Wifi no funciona y por la zona no hay buena señal de celular, por lo que te quedas incomunicado. El agua caliente de la regadera escasa y las toallas proporcionadas bastante gastadas y casi rotas. En la zona de alberca el chapoteadero y el jacuzzi vacíos sin agua y los camastros rotos. El hotel en general deja mucho que desear y desde luego que no puede ser considerado como un hotel boutique.

Me fue muy mal, el calentador muy malo por qué solo llenaba 10-15 cm de la tina caliente y después salía agua fría. Por lo tanto no valió la pena pagar la habitación. La cafetera no servía, los enchufes de luz no servían y no pude cargar mi celular, la TV principal no se podía ver ningún canal solo se escuchaba música , y muy maltratado y sin mantenimiento. (Lo comenté antes de salir de la propiedad)

En general a toda la propiedad le falta una remodelación urgente. Áreas comunes, camastros, alberca, el cuarto es pasable ya que la cama es cómoda y el baño es lindo. Pero en definitiva no fue una estancia placentera ya que muchas cosas faltaban o no servían.

Lo bueno: cuartos muy amplios y cómodos, dormí delicioso, el agua del baño sale super calientita y la sala donde hay una mesa fue el lugar perfecto para una tarde de juegos y relajarse. Lo mas o menos: Requiere muchas renovaciones (toallas, humedades leves, hamacas) pero el personal es muy amable. Fue grato descubrir que tenían una cancha de padel donde amablemente te proporcionan pelotas y raquetas :) tambien hay bicis pero esas no nos dio tiempo de usar. Las bebidas muy ricas (recomiendo el spritz) y la comida tambien.
