Do your homework…

It’s a nice hotel but I should have done more homework. If you are a family coming to see Louvre and Eiffel Tower is about a 25 min Uber ride. Also if you are used to Hilton or Marriott’s, this is not the place for you. Upon first arrival, I noticed graffiti on one or two buildings viewable from the hotel….i questioned the safety….but after staying for a few nights, fortunately had no issues and many people out at the restaurants etc at night. If I could do it over again, I would have stayed closer and at a property I know better

This hotel was fantastic. Room was very comfortable with nice added touches of free drinks in mini-bar. Breakfast was delicious, location was fab and staff were super friendly. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Paris!!

We stayed for three nights. The room was enough big for three of us (2 adults and 1 children). They made a surprise for children and he was really felt so happy by his chocolate and kids shampoo and paintings:) There was a market and rest near the hotel. It was also near bus station (300 meters). Staff was so helpful. I recommend Le Grey.

I was disappointed as we were assigned a room that had a broken air conditioning unit but we didn’t know it. We spent the first in a hit room. The next morning I explained to the desk attendant that there was an issue. He said he would check on it. Unfortunately we were out all day and never received communication that they wouldn’t be able to fix it. I even called during the day and the person just gave our message to the other attendant. We found out at 5:00 pm and we had to leave for a show at 5:45 and still had to get ready. We were given 2 rooms instead of a suite but had to pack up and move our bags before we could get ready. This caused undo stress. They could have called and we would have returned early. Very disappointed as we paid for a suite.

Ett väldigt mysigt hotell som ligger i ett område med mycket liv, utan att för den sakens skull vara jobbigt. Vi bodde i sviten och fick en trevlig överraskning när vi tittade ut igenom ena fönstret och hade perfekt vy över Eiffeltornet! Rummet var fräscht och städat. Personalen var väldigt hjälpsam hela vistelsen ☺️. Vi hade gångavstånd till de flesta sevärdheter, men vill man hellre åka kollektivt så finns det bra möjligheter till det också. Skulle absolut rekommendera detta hotell!

Weekend in Paris

Smaller hotel but everything was perfect for my stay. I got a great deal on a Suite and it was perfect! I was surprised by the size of the room, and loved the amenities. I did not have breakfast at the hotel because I woke to the smell of an amazing bakery right next door. I will be back!

Vi hadde en kjempefint opphold på Le Grey hotell! Rommet var fint, og hadde airconditioning og minibar med gratis alkoholfrie drikkevarer. Renholdet var utmerket og Wifi fungerte godt. Hotellet ligger sentralt mellom operaen og Montmartre, med kort vei til T-banestasjoner. Personalet på hotellet var hyggelige, imøtekommende og hjelpsomme. Vi fikk barneseng på rommet og vi fikk også lov å sette fra oss barnevognen i resepsjonen. Vi hadde et nydelig opphold og vil gjerne velge samme hotell igjen neste gang vi skal til Paris.

I am writing to formally express our concerns regarding our recent stay at Le Grey Hotel from July 26 to July 31, 2025, in rooms 33 and 34. While we were initially excited about our stay at your esteemed four-star boutique hotel, unfortunately, several unresolved issues significantly impacted our comfort and overall experience. Room 33 – Air Conditioning and Ventilation Issues The air conditioning unit in Room 33 was non-functional throughout the entire stay, which made the room extremely uncomfortable, especially given the summer temperatures. In addition, the washroom ventilation system was also not operational, resulting in excessive humidity and stale air, making it difficult to breathe and relax in the space. Moreover, for two consecutive days, there was a strong foul odor emanating from the washroom area. We are unsure whether it originated from the drain or another source, but it was very unpleasant. Room 34 – Inadequate Cooling Room 34 had limited cool air output, which made it uncomfortable for the guests staying there as well. Although it was slightly better than Room 33, the temperature was still far from acceptable for a room advertised as air-conditioned. Response and Follow-Up We raised these issues daily with the hotel staff, who assured us that someone was working on resolving them. We were informed at one point that the air conditioning was out of gas; however, no permanent fix was made during our entire stay. Only on the last night were we provided wi
