The hotel needs a remodel. Its dated and it shows. I stay here often. Housekeeping staff are very nice and will assist you when needed. Breakfast staff is fun and is consistent with having everything out on time. Front Desk staff are all pleasant and Geo & Alberto are attentive.

I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel before. There isn’t enough room here to go into all the detail as I did on google. On the last day of my stay the man from the front desk tried to enter my room unannounced. Then I was told their system said the room was empty, which was apparently a screw up on his part. I left that day no longer feeling safe there staying alone. Was told we would receive a refund for the last night and we have not recieved any refund. It was an upsetting experience to say the least. I got another hotel close by that was immensely nicer in all ways for the same amount of money
