The room itself wasn't bad for the price.BUT It was the customer service. The front desk woman came off rude as I was checking in. The staff never brought extra towels. The room was never cleaned in-between the days. At least empty the trash and gather the dirty towels. There was a line of guest at the front desk. No one came. The guest rang the bell and I heard one of the desk yell down the hallway, "Stop ringing the bell! Someone is coming!" The hotel stank! We heard everything. Room 101 was horrible to stay in because it was right next to the housekeeping.
