The breakfast was okay, not many choices, and no biscuits and gravy. The room was clean, but the hallway was dark and dirty and had an odd smell. The doors could use repainting and better lighting. The room was clean, but I did not get the room pictured when I originally reserved. Also, it shows that they have a hot tub on amenities, and people commented in reviews that it was nice. That was my main reason for booking, but there was no hot tub, only a kiddy pool, and the pool itself was freezing; I couldn't even get in. We tried to cancel after the first night because it wasn't as advertised, and we were told we wouldn't be refunded.

Paying a $100 deposit for damages shouldn’t be a thing at a hotel designed for families and travelers. But here we are. Actually the staff was friendly, our room was clean. Breakfast was very crowded with an ok selection.

Evening staff was great. Not real impressed with the pool or gym. The pool and gym didn't look as nice as the pictures on the website. Kinda disappointed. The room was nice but also was kinda lacking compared to pictures.

It was good for the price, compared to the hotels closer to the Barnes facility nearby. The room smelled a little like it had recently had a pet staying in it. There was no breakfast meat (turkey sausage would have been nice). The folks working there were wonderfully helpful, especially considering that my husband is disabled.

The night started with walking in to a strong smell of bleach. We decided they were cleaning the pool overnight since we checked in late evening. No still there at 5 am because I had to go get coffee from breakfast area due to our little coffee pot was missing a piece we thought as well as 2 other staff said I’d have to wait for housekeeping. I guess no extras if one doesn’t work to replace with. I picked this hotel due to pictures and reviews about breakfast. “Hot” breakfast at that. No bacon or sausage. No biscuits or gravy. Only eggs , waffles or muffins etc. when I was getting orange juice the attendant, who was nice, said I’m glad we finally got orange juice for this morning. It’s very hard to eat when you smell bleach so strong it chokes you. The staff is probably used to it. At checkout I was asked how was our stay I said not to good. He said oh sorry to hear that. Guy next to him seen that he wasn’t even going to ask why Guessing day mgr. asked me what was wrong. I told him and only asked if I was staying another night. Unsure where he was going with that. I looked over the pictures again because I thought I might’ve picked the wrong one. Unfortunately I hadn’t. What a complete inaccurate display of information. Bed was not comfortable either. I could feel everything it seemed in the mattress. Bathroom looked remodeled but still had rusty toilet paper holders that was broken. Unhappy and disappointed.

We were very pleased with our stay here. As soon as we walked into the lobby, it smelled very clean. The front desk staff was welcoming. Our room was clean and spacious. My daughter enjoyed the pool but it had way too much chlorine in it. Just sitting in the pool room had my eyes burning. The breakfast was pretty good. We made waffles and ate muffins. I would recommend this to others!
